Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data SEORISE collects when you visit seorise.in or contact us through it, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can and use it only to reply to you and work with you. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Who we are

SEORISE (“SEORISE”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing and technology agency based at T-1, 906, Nx-One Avenue, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act: we decide why and how it is used.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

  • Enquiry forms: your name, WhatsApp number, business name, the service you’re interested in and what you need; the full project form also asks for your email address, a budget range and project details.
  • RISE chat: the answers you pick (for example the service and budget you’re considering). The chat doesn’t ask for your name or number.
  • Messages you send us: anything you share when you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us.
  • Technical data: like every website, our hosting server records standard logs — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time — to keep the site running and secure.

What we don’t collect

  • We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website at present, and the site doesn’t store anything in your browser to track you.
  • We don’t ask for payment details, passwords or government ID numbers on this website.
  • We don’t buy personal data from anyone, and we never sell yours.

How our enquiry forms work

When you submit an enquiry form, two things happen. First, WhatsApp opens with your details written into a message to us — that message reaches us only when you press send. Second, our website server emails the same details to our team inbox, so your enquiry isn’t lost if the WhatsApp message is never sent. Your details aren’t saved in a database on the website.

Why we use your data

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us, and for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows, such as complying with the law. We use it to:

  • reply to your enquiry and understand what you need;
  • prepare a proposal, quote or plan for you and follow up on it;
  • deliver and support the work if you become a client, including invoicing;
  • keep the website secure and working properly;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your data only when it’s needed for the purposes above:

  • Our team and the freelance specialists working on your enquiry or project, who are bound to keep it confidential.
  • Service providers that run our website hosting and email, who process data only on our instructions.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you choose to send us — WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to its service.
  • Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

Third-party services on this website

  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
  • Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as we need them to reply, prepare a proposal and follow up. If you don’t go ahead with us, we delete them once they’re no longer needed, unless you ask us to keep in touch.
  • Clients: for the length of the project or engagement, and afterwards for as long as Indian tax, accounting and other laws require.
  • Server logs: for a limited period set by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting.
  • You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see “Your rights” below.

How we protect it

The website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and we take reasonable security safeguards to prevent misuse or unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affecting your data ever happens, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, when it’s no longer needed or you withdraw consent (unless the law requires us to keep it);
  • stop using it by withdrawing your consent at any time — this doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew it;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.

Privacy requests and complaints

To use any of these rights, or if you have a question or complaint about your data, contact The SEORISE team at info@seorise.in with the subject “Privacy request”, or call / WhatsApp +91 82184 27387. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond as soon as possible and within the time the law allows.

If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
