Enquiries, quotes and proposals

Sending an enquiry, chatting with RISE or messaging us on WhatsApp doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to anything. Budget ranges, timelines and descriptions on the website are general information to help you plan, not offers.

We start work only after you accept a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, cost, payment terms and ownership of the work. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to the project.

Results and guarantees

We put real effort and expertise into every project, but results such as search rankings, traffic, leads, sales and advertising costs depend on things outside our control — including search engines, ad platforms, your market and competitors. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, we don’t guarantee any specific result, and nothing on this website is a promise of one.

Concepts, examples and testimonials

• Portfolio items marked “Concept” are demonstration designs that show how we would approach a project. They are not client work.
• Scenarios on our service pages that begin “Say you run…” are illustrative examples, not case studies.
• Testimonials reflect the experiences of individual clients. Every business is different, and your results may differ.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, graphics, the RISE character, the SEORISE name and logo belong to SEORISE or are used with permission. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them without our written consent. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client’s agreement.

Third-party services and links

The website links to services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.
